Operational decision-making includes a financial component that every manager must understand and master the basic techniques in order to co-construct a value-creating decision with the finance function.

The purpose of this course is to promote this transversal process and to improve the efficiency of the interaction between operations and finance. It provides a general understanding of financial rationality and the techniques for optimizing the decision.
